My office is located in the Mount Baker neighborhood of Seattle, between Rainier Ave S and Lake Washington. It is a space I use for consultations.
From I-5 South: Take the I-90 exit heading east. Get off immediately at Rainier Ave S exit(first one!) heading south. Take an abrupt left at Massachusetts Ave and pass the African American Art Museum on your left. Turn right on MLK Jr Blvd and then a left on McClellan. Up the small hill to another right turn on 31st Ave S then a left at Mount Baker Blvd(one way). Lastly, right on 34th Ave S.
From I-5 North: Take the S Columbian Way exit and head up to the light. Make a left up Spokane St. up and over Beacon Hill and then another left on 23rd Ave S and then right on McClellan heading down Beacon Hill and across Rainier Ave S to 31st Ave S. Take a right there heading directly toward Franklin High School. Take a left at Mt Baker Blvd and then a right at 34th Ave S.
My home is mid block on the left side of the street, and yes, very green. Go through the side gate to the backyard where my office is located separate from the house. See you soon!

My studio is in lower Queen Anne area just north of downtown. It is a shared place that I use for meetings as well as photography sessions.
From I-5 South: Take the Denny/Stewart St exit heading right on Denny Way toward Seattle Center. Pass Seattle Center and continue on Denny/Elliot Ave W until you get to 2nd Ave W(A small street with no traffic light!). Turn right and head up two blocks. My studio is on the left at Harrison St. My business is listed on the door of the JWC Building.
From I-5 North: Take the Mercer St exit toward Seattle Center. Follow traffic jogging right and then left along the south side of Lake Union on Valley/Broad St. Continue toward Seattle Center and go right on to Denny Way. Follow passed Seattle Center to a right on 2nd Ave W(no traffic light). The cross street is Harrison and I am on the Southwest corner in the JWC Building. There is street parking there for up to 2 hours.
